Commercial Maintenance Crew Leader/Driver

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader/Driver to oversee and assist with daily crew operations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and the ability to maintain a safe, productive, and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and assist a crew of landscape maintenance workers on commercial properties

• Ensure all work is performed to company standards and client specifications with extreme attention to detail

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly to and from job sites

• Manage daily work schedules and ensure timely completion of jobs

• Conduct quality inspections and address any issues promptly

• Follow all safety protocols and company policies

• Perform routine landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and weeding

• Install and maintain seasonal flowers, shrubs, and trees

• Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.)

• Ensure properties are clean and debris-free

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven experience leading a commercial landscape maintenance crew

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required

• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify landscape issues or areas needing improvement

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude

• Knowledge of landscape equipment operation and maintenance

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
