Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Cleburne, TX for a Commercial Landscape Construction Superintendent. The role involves overseeing and coordinating all aspects of commercial landscape construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and supervising site activities. The Superintendent ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Daily tasks include managing crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, coordinating with project managers and clients, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial landscape construction is required

• Ability to lead and motivate field crews, subcontractors, and vendors while maintaining productivity and job site efficiency

• Strong skills in scheduling, material planning, equipment logistics, and daily field reporting

• Ability to read and interpret site plans, construction specs, and project documentation accurately

• Quick and effective on-site decision-making with a focus on quality, safety, and cost-efficiency

• Excellent at communicating with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, and clients—both verbally and in writing

• Technical knowledge of commercial irrigation systems and drainage

• Driver's license with a clean driving record is required

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction

• Relevant certifications or licenses in landscape construction or management are beneficial.
